Loisaida Artists in Residence (L.A.I.R.) supports contemporary emerging artists and collectives across various disciplines like visual arts, performance, film, and cultural research. The program focuses on projects exploring Latinx sensibilities, urban diversity, displacement, community connection, and multilingual engagement. Selected artists develop work fostering communal bonds and neighborhood revitalization within New York City's Lower East Side context.
