The Authored Works Funding Scheme, offered by the Arts Council Ireland, gives film artists creative and editorial freedom to make a feature-length authored cultural film work from a strong artistic point of view. It focuses on the creation of artist-led films.
What selected participants may receive
Maximum funding of €230,000
Eligibility
Applicants must be film artists.
If the proposal involves working with animals, a copy of the applicant’s Animal Welfare Protection Policies and Procedures must be provided.
If the proposal provides services to children or young people under 18, suitable childprotection policies and procedures must be in place.
If the proposal involves working with vulnerable adults, the applicant must indicate this in section 1 of the application and adhere to the National Policy & Procedures on Safeguarding Vulnerable Persons at Risk of Abuse.
