This call for proposals, part of the Organisation internationale de la Francophonie (OIF) “Cultural Industries and Discoverability” project, supports the mobility of artists and cultural professionals for professional meetings, tours, or international cooperation projects. It also includes transport of cultural works directly connected to a mobility project. The objective is to develop international networks, enrich professional practice, increase opportunities, and contribute to the visibility of Francophone cultural content.
What selected participants may receive
Grants up to €5,000 per project for artist mobility.
Grants up to €2,500 per project for transport of cultural works.
Both categories may be combined (total indicative budget €100,000; the administering authority may not allocate all funds).
Eligibility
Open to artists and cultural professionals.
Mobility must last at least 5 days (excluding travel) and no more than 3 months.
Mobility must take place before November 30, 2026.
Film production is not eligible.
The artist and the cultural works must travel between the same countries (identical origin and destination for both).
